Business Recovery Team

A group responsible for: relocation and recovery of business unit operations at an alternate site following a business disruption; and subsequent resumption and restoration of those operations at an appropriate site.

A Business Recovery Team is a group of people responsible for planning and executing strategies to help a business recover from a crisis. This team may include members from different departments of the organization, such as finance, operations, and human resources, as well as external consultants. The team’s goal is to identify and implement solutions to help the business return to its pre-crisis performance.
