Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) is a set of processes and procedures that enable an organization to prepare for, respond to, and recover from disruptive events. It is designed to ensure that the organization can continue to operate in the event of an emergency or disruption. The BCMS includes risk assessment, business impact analysis, disaster recovery planning, and testing.
